This new role will have the opportunity to develop and motivate a team of three purchasers and one demand planner.
You will drive the team results, demand collection, inventory levels and optimization, risk mitigations, turnover, service level, supplier follow up and NPI.
To ensure great results you will probably be following up on a daily basis with the purchasers to guarantee delivery and service level to our end customers. On top of that you will be able to affect a high turnover, the phase in/phase out of product revision and new products with minimum depreciation. The role is a central role in the Planning and Supply team and work with the supplier's EMS, ODM and with our customers in the different countries. You will also have the opportunity to create KPI's relating to the Planning and Supply team and drive the team to success.
As our Planning & Supply Manager you are a part of the Supply Chain North Management team together with the Logistic Manager, Quality and Process Manager, Customer Manager and the Product Care Manager. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager for Northern Europe. The role includes a close collaboration with our local Procurement department as well as our colleagues in Spain, you will work in an international team to build and continuously improve our global procurement processes.

We want
We want you to have at least 5 years' experience of demand planning, order and forecast, performance follow up of suppliers and process planning. It is important that you have worked with EMS, ODM and inhouse designed products before and have a solid ground to continue to build on. We also want you to have previous managerial experience with personnel.
We see you as a structured and organized leader with an analytical mindset. You easily communicative across levels and boarders and connect with people around you. You need to be adaptable to change and have a passion for continuous improvement as well as knowledge of efficient process planning and execution.
