hela Sverige Do you have experience within planning, communication and education within retail sales? We are now looking for a Sales Training & Communication Developer to our Head Office located in central Gothenburg!
Your role in our team.
As Sales Training & Communication Developer, you will focus on planning and communication for all sales channels. In this position you work close with the whole global sales organization as well as store operations developer and HR in the implementation and execution. Example of work tasks: in cooperation with stakeholders, lead the tactical optimization of sales training and communication, develop and help with optimizing the internal communication structure, coordinate and produce internal sales communication material for sales channels and support in implementation and change management processes within global sales organization.
This is a substitute position, approximately for 6 month with start in August.
Is this you? We believe you are great at communication as well as creating and keeping structure. You have the ability to prioritize and take own initiatives based on business analyses with focus on the customer. You are comfortable in an ever changing environment, that offers a lot of exciting challenges and you look forward to further develop your passion for retail.
Academic degree within Communication, HR, Business administration or similar
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Experience from working with Office 365 and its tools, as well as Adobe Creative Suite
Experience of educating within retail sale
Experience from creating templates and structured information
Meritorious: Experience from working in a retail store in an international business
