Job Description
We are looking for someone with the knowledge of how to develop, define, plan and execute a roadmap to meet business objectives together with relevant stakeholders; the candidate has an extensive knowledge of business planning processes together with a general knowledge in working with product management teams while possessing a good knowledge of agile/scrum methodology, including key events and artefacts.
General knowledge and practical understanding of assessing and optimizing value creation in End-to-End value chains is appreciated.
More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for:
Responsible for development and continuous management of the initiative vision and plans linked to the One IKEA Roadmap in close alignment with the process roadmap leaders, capability areas and business functions cross IKEA companies.
Responsible for keeping together planning on all time horizons for the initiative, program, or department (short to long term) and facilitate scope definition, prioritization, sequencing in relation to capacity and value enablement.
Together with Business Performance & Support, enable monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the Capability area plans and progress in relation to process commitment in the context of total IKEA Roadmap
Work across Capability Areas and initiatives within Inter IKEA, steering a successful development that meets business objectives and drives IKEA business results.
Lead the development of strategic analysis for the initiative, program, or department to facilitate sequencing, scenario modeling and pace in roadmap.
Orchestrate implementation of pre-requisites and contribute to setting initiative, program, or department OKR's that contribute to strategic goals.
Regularly educate/communicate the progress of the initiative, program or department portfolio to the Business line/Line organizations and external touchpoints as necessary in close collaboration with partners in Process management, Core businesses and other IKEA companies following Inter IKEA governance and year cycle.
Support the IKEA Roadmap in developing the roadmap/planning capabilities through frameworks, tools, ways of working and ways to track progress of the overall roadmap in terms of effort, costs, people, and results. (Example Value stream analysis, Capability framework, breakdown of work...)
In this role you will report to our Digital Product and UX Manger at IKEA Supply contributing to the Inter IKEA ways of working framework and delivering on the needs of IKEA Supply.

You can understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of data and technology as an integrated part of the business. You have strong analytical skills, ability to structure the roadmap in different perspectives .
