We are passionate about our customers and products and we are now looking for equally passionate Merchandise Planners/Planning Analysts. You will work with many functions of the business and as an integral contributor to a team and brand creating rapid growth, your job will be fast paced and constantly evolving. Reporting to the Head of Planning, you will amongst other things supply the Head of Planning and buying team with necessary data to enable informed decisions and planning.
Your Future
• Using data to optimise the sales volume and profitability of all designated product areas
• Supporting planning of budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy based on the overall business and financial goals of the company
• Controls stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes (WSSI)
• Reviews sales forecasts based on performance, and actions re forecasts
• Analyses and monitors best and worst sellers and makes informed recommendations for action
• Recommends promotions and re buys as necessary
• Monitors and maintains buying margin and gross profit margins as requested.
• Ensures that best sellers reach their full potential
Your Past & Your Skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2-5 year of fashion merchandise planning experience
• Familiarity with the data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google analytics etc.
• Flexible approach to be able to adjust to constantly changing needs of the business
• Highly organized and good prioritization skills
• Fluent in English, both speaking and in writing
