We have branches in Belgium, Germany, England, Spain, Italy, Hungary and Sweden. From Sweden, we offer services to approximately 700 retailers in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Our warehouse is located in Jönköping and we have offices in both Jönköping and Upplands Väsby. The Sales Department is located at our office in Upplands Väsby.
ArbetsuppgifterAs a planning analyst at Hyundai Mobis you will be a part of developing our Nordic parts and accessories business proactively and with good profitability. You will be responsible for the overall analysing and reporting of our Nordic performance. You will coordinate the information flow between the MOBIS entities, covering our global and European HQ and our Stockholm sales and marketing office including our local Nordic departments.
The position means that you will work with complex data from multiple sources. You will be supporting our project management, performing market analysis and creating reports for management analyzes. You will also coordinate our improvement activities both internally and externally.
The position is located at our sales office in Upplands Väsby, Stockholm and you will report to our Nordic Sales Manager.
ProfilTo succeed in this position, we believe that you have a couple of years' experience of analytical work and reporting. Experience from the automotive aftermarket is a plus. You have a strong command of working with computers and a very good knowledge of MC Office and especially MS Excel. It is considered an advantage if you have worked with SAP or any other major ERP systems. Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish and have a very good command in English, both verbal and written as English is the everyday language in all communications. Driving license is required.
