About the position
You will be responsible for planning a part of our assortment of finished products and raw materials. Delivery precision is our primary target, but also balance with inventory levels and production capacity. The planning is both on tactical level (monthly and weekly production pace, delivery plan to suppliers) as well as daily production planning and purchase orders. The work involves also evaluation of sales forecast from our markets.
Your key responsibilities are
Raw material planning
Handling of supplier deviations
Production planning
Follow up on production, inventory levels and deliveries
Set weekly targets for production
Participate in cross-functional teams and projects
Who you are
We think you are a structured person who likes problem solving. You like to work in a dynamic environment and to handle changes.
We believe you have
A few years of planning or operative purchasing or similar from a manufacturing company
Experience from working in an ERP system
Good knowledge of MS Office
Basics knowledge of LEAN production principles
Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
