Do you want to work in one of the world 's biggest snack food companies with brands like Marabou, Daim, Aladdin and O 'Boy? Right now we are looking for a Planned Maintenance Manager.
As Planned Maintenance Manager, you will lead the planned maintenance team that is located at the Upplands Väsby-plant. The team is skilled and experienced and consists of technicians, mechanics and a maintenance planner. The main goal in the role is to prevent issues in the manufacturing at the site and ensure maintenance downtime is kept to a minimum. Your responsibility will also be to coach the team to work proactive instead of reactive in maintenance issues.
You will report to the Maintenance Manager and will become part of a multifaceted department consisting of skilled automation engineers, mechanics, technicians, storage keepers and maintenance personnel. You will be part of a workplace with positive environment and great opportunities within Sweden and the international organization. The role is stationed in Upplands Väsby, Sweden.

Ansvarsområden
Key responsibilities:
Responsibility for planned maintenance at the Uppland Väsby-site
Create and update maintenance plans
Budget planning and responsibility for the team
Coaching and utilizing of the experience within the team
KvalifikationerWe are looking for a person who has:
A university degree in mechanical engineering or similar
Several years' experience as an mechanic or technician within the process industry
A couple of year experience in a leading role
Experience with budget planning
Experience with LEAN, 6Sigma or similar tools
Swedish proficiency in speech and writing
If you have experience as reliability engineer, CMS tools and SAP it is meritorious.
