Pixlo receives films and TV programmes from rights owners, transcode these to the agreed profiles, which makes it possible for the consumer to enjoy the films and programmes via his Set Top Box, Computer or OTT device. The Traffic department and your role:
Pixlo head of The Traffic will be your supervisor. You will divide the customers between you and you will back up for each other during vacation and heavy workload.
• The Traffic department is responsible for coordination with Pixlo 's customers to plan work and deliveries.
• The Traffic Department has overview over all customers, follow up on deadlines and have daily contact with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Pixlo Traffic also has daily contact with partners and customers regarding the status of deliveries, new material to be received, express deliveries etc.
• Pixlo Traffic department is together with the production department responsible for planning and managing the flow of work to ensure that files are completed in time for delivery to our customers.
• From time to time there are major projects that involve the Traffic Department. This can be both internal as well as external projects.
• Traffic Department is responsible for preparing invoices.
Your profile:
You must live in Stockholm and be fully fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Experience from working as Traffic or understanding the role of a Traffic Department and his/her role in that department.
• Understanding of the overall process, with an eye on the bigger picture
• Very structured, attention to detail, and a high sense of urgency is essential
• Project management skills
• Very good communication skills
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Pixlo is a tech company that works with streaming media. For the successful candidate, a good understanding of media technology, streaming media and encoding will be helpful
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience
