hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Cantina Y Casitas i Gotland Pit master/Tortilla maker will be required to do both smoking of meats and making home-made flour and corn tortillas for our two restaurants. As pitmaster you will be experienced in various wood smoking techniques for beef, pork and ribs and will be smoking using our American wood smoker. As a tortilla maker you will be familiar with the Mayan corn nixtamalization process and in making Mexican wheat flour tortillas and using our tortilla press and cooking equipment.
Energetic and self-motivated individuals with capability of working independently and in a group setting. Experience in barbecue smoking of meats and in tortilla making. Food safety and handling knowledge required and additional baking, barbecue smoking experience considered.
We are an American and Swedish family owned business with two restaurants on the island of Gotland. We specialize in making authentic American smoked Barbecue and Mexican food. All our food is home-made and we have earned a positive reputation for providing high quality home-made food in a casual dining setting.
