We are currently looking for a highly engaged and results-driven Supply Chain Planner for a temporary position at Picadeli. Here, you'll join a team that thrives on pace, collaboration, and smart solutions. This is your opportunity to grow, make an impact, and be right at the heart of the action-from factory to store.
Your mission
Be a key part within Supply Planning which is the backbone of our operations and essential for delivering genuinely fresh products with short shelf lives to our customers worldwide.
Plan and coordinate product flows from production to warehouse and onwards to the customer.
Manage and investigate forecasts, orders, deviations, shortages, invoices, and quality issues.
Analyse demand and optimise inventory levels.
Work closely with purchasing, logistics, sales, and suppliers.
Administer product data and ensure parameters are accurate.
Contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement - we value initiative!
Your profile
Hold a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
Agile and proactive; you enjoy solving problems as they arise and take immediate action
Analytical, structured, and enjoy working in a data-driven environment
Proficient in Excel, and preferably have experience with business systems (e.g. ERP)
Communicative and enjoy working in a team
Fluent in Swedish and English
Curious, responsible, and ready to take the next step in your career
