The Physical Layer department is now looking for a skilled development engineer with focus on real-time software development close to the hardware. As a member of the team you will be involved in system work, implementation and maintenance of Layer 1 software.
The section consists of an international mixture of about 25 skilled and engaged people.
Requested qualifications
Minimum five years experience of software development
Strong skills of real time programming in C/C++ of embedded systems with hard real-time requirements.
Strong skills in debugging of embedded real-time systems
Knowledge of GSM/WCDMA or LTE
Excellent English skills, both verbal and in writing
Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently
Good communication and documentation skills
Formal Education Needed
BSC Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Additional Skills
Lauterbach experience
DSP experience
This function will be placed at ST-Ericssons office in Lund, Sweden.
