The company with its office in Cyprus is engaged in the Interactive Media business involving premium phone number, Television live shows and Internet marketing, a field where the owner has been active in for over 8 years. The company is one of the co-owners and the founder of the Production House Green Hat Studios in Warsaw (www.greenhatstudios.com). We are now looking to extend our business and enter the Swedish market with a related interactive service utilizing our network, competence and contacts.
Vacancy Description:
1.Function name: Phoneoperator
2.Place in the organization: Reports to Service coordinator
3.Purpose of the function: Phoneoperator is responsible for logging into the system on the scheduled times from home or any other location and be available for answering incoming calls. Phone operator job is two-fold; administrative - using the easy and pedagogic web-based system and making internal reports, and productive - answering the phone for incoming calls and perform everyday conversations with the callers on socially oriented subjects.
4.Criterias:a. Basic education, b. Service minded and customer-oriented, c.Pleasant voice and friendly, d. High work morale, responsible and independent, e. No similar experience needed
f. Have fixed line or mobile phone with fixed line subscription,
5. Terms and conditions of employment: Term: Indefinite period. The parties may terminate the Agreement by giving a one month notice. The Parties stipulate a probation period of 3 (three) months. Minimum salary depends on committed working hours. Remuneration is variable and is based on minutes of conversation or number of conversations but is in average 120 Kr/hour.
Start as soon as possible.
Place of work could be any where in Sweden.
