hela Sverige Lingocruit is a recruitment agency specializing in multilingual entry and intermediate services. We recruit for companies throughout Europe. We are now looking for additional interviewers who can work at least two days per week between 12.00 - 17.00 in the afternoon, however more hours might be added further on.
The job includes receiving applications, reading and evaluating CVs, and interviewing candidates through Skype or by telephone. In order to attract candidates, you may also need to use social media or search our database for candidates who match the profiles we recruit.
There may also be various activities for marketing the employers we serve with candidates. These activities can be, for example, fairs or recruitment meetings where we offer jobs to interested people who want to broaden their views through foreign jobs or give their careers a chance through international experience.
