hela Sverige The Division of Sustainable Process Engineering is offering a PhD student position in the research subject Biochemical and Chemical Process Engineering.
Research in the area focuses on the development of biochemical and chemical processes for the production and refinement of chemicals, fuels and material from biomass. An important objective is to use modern biotechnology in combination with process technology to develop methods that lead to integrated cost-effective production of chemicals from biomass.
As a PhD student, you will be involved in teaching in our Chemical Engineering program.
Eligibility
Eligible candidates must have a Bachelor or Master degree of at least 180 ECTS, including at least 90 ECTS in chemistry or chemical engineering. Experience of bioprocess engineering is an advantage.
