We focus on promoting and managing Wellness, Fitness and Health in a holistic way through excellence in service, high quality professionals and constant scientific deepening, thus enhancing the life quality of our customers.
For the moment we are looking for an experienced Personal Trainer, with specialized in Functional Training and with managerial experience.
Are you a driven person? Do you have an outstanding background on Functional Training? Are you interested on working in a holistic way alongside with other Health professionals?
As part of Clube UP Wellness Management you will be responsible for inspiring people to change their life style, not only through physical training, but also all other aspects of life, working closely with other professionals (Chiropractor, Nutritionist, Psychologist, etc). You will also be a key resource for the company's growth. Hence, you must have great interpersonal skills, must take responsibility for your work and be a motivator to all our clients.
We are looking for you that:
• Have an University degree on Physical Education / Sports Science (at least 3 years degree)
• Have specialization on Functional Training
• Have at least one certification from FMS or any highly recognized Functional Training institution
• Have documented and valuable experience within the field of Functional Training, in groups and individuals
• Have experience with managerial tasks
• Have interest on being a pillar and essential resource for the company accepting great responsibilities
• Have ambition to learn, by constant development, and grow together with the company
• Swedish is not a pre-requisite, but English is.
You will be responsible for:
• Creating your own list of clients and selling the services of the company
• Supporting the Marketing strategy of the company
• Turning clients into loyal customers by selling long-term plans and providing exceptional service
• Evaluating clients in a holistic way and providing a Life Quality improvement plan
• Providing new inputs when it comes to partnerships, way of working and long term plans
• Supporting events organization and execution (eg: Outdoor group classes, parks visits with exercise, etc.)
