In the role of Personnel and staffing assistant, you will be responsible for the staffing of our drivers/courier partners. You will be responsible for staffing in the short term when it comes to emergency sick leave or before the periods, we have a lot to do. It will also include planning the staffing and payout for short and long term
In this role, you will take responsibility for our staff pool and be involved in the reception of new staff. You will work closely with the HR team and in your role, you will help with certain parts of the recruitment process such as making a selection among the applications, booking interviews and holding your own recruitment processes.
The service also includes management of pre-systems, management of schedules and other administrative parts.
