hela Sverige Join our skilled team of personal assistants. Humana AB has positions currently available for dedicated, energetic health care minded individuals. We would like to invite you to join us in building the strongest personal assisting care system in Sweden.
Currently we are looking for self- directed people with the ability to adapt and interact using the English language for a dynamic French woman living with MS in Eriksberg, Göteborg. The position is open for women, and is part time during day, evening and night shifts.
You need to have skills that are relevant to the position such as communication, ethics and knowledge of primary health care. You must be positive, patient and have
good interpretative skills.
Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in personal assisting
• Proven ability to communicate in the English language, including reading, writing and speaking
• Ability to effectively deal with others in a collaborative method
• Demonstrated ability to function on your own as well as a team member with in a multidisciplinary setting
• Demonstrated ability in leading new initiatives and facilitating change
• Demonstrated ability in making decisions based on independent judgement
• The ability to follow plans and help implement them
• Demonstrated ability to plan, problem-solve, and adjust to new or unexpected events
• Demonstrated ability to operate related equipment such as personal lifts, manual wheelchairs, smart phones or ipads
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, and balance multiple activities concurrently
• The ability to deal calmly and professionally in stressful situations
• The ability to cook simple meals
• Must not have an allergy to cats
