You have a secondary school diploma in Business Administration or another professional qualification and at least 5 years administrative experience, preferably in an international environment. You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish and you are a computer literate (Microsoft Office). Your excellent interpersonal skills, open and sensitive approach will see you acting as a point of contract for our clients (both internal and external), as well as your immediate colleagues. A strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and accurately is essential for this role. As part of our team you will have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task without losing the overview. A high degree of integrity, tact and confidentiality as well as a flexible approach to a busy workload are also very strong attributes for this position.
