Responsible for providing support to the Technical, Construction and Procurement Dept. to ensure effective, efficient and accurate management of all the permanent supplies.
Manages the quality team responsible for the inspection of permanent supplies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with AGN policies and procedures as amended from time to time.
Complete required tasks in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain strong and open relationships with AGN procurement and quality teams.
Ensure relevant AGN Plans, Procedures and approved Forms are adhered to.
Establish project quality systems for maintaining permanent supplies records and traceability.
Ensure compliance of all relevant permanent supplies and accompanying documentation.
Arranging testing and inspection of permanent supplies in accordance with approved QCPs.
Assessing Quality Records to ensure compliance and ensuring records are updated in the electronic and hard files in a timely and efficient manner.
Verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions proposed in the Non-Conformances.
Communicate and resolve any permanent supplies quality issues proactively with relevant AGN Procurement, Technical and Construction representatives.
Any other duties as directed by the Quality Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENT
Recognised qualification within a relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions on similar projects.
Good understanding of Quality Specification and ISO 9001 requirements.
Sound knowledge of construction materials and related specifications.
