www.ellosprivatlan.se.The mission of the Permanent Control Officer (PCO) is to ensure the existence, exhaustive nature, and pertinence of the corporate risk management. The PCO overviews all risks within the company's operations, covering mainly financial, credit, operational and IT risks. The PCO coordinates his/her actions with the Credit Agricole Consumer Finance (CACF) Permanent Control team in Paris and reports directly to the CEO.
You will promote a risk based approach control culture and awareness and propose necessary improvements. This is achieved through close cooperation with all line managers in risk mapping and risk self assessment. In order to keep arm length distance to operations, you will report regularly to the Board of Directors and interact closely with both internal audit and compliance functions in the companies. The position will require you to travel frequently.
You are probably working in the finance or insurance industry today with compliance or internal control issues, or maybe you have a background in auditing. Since the nature of the position is to work independently you need relevant experience, high integrity and ability to absorb and digest information.
The position is shared between Danaktiv A/S in Copenhagen and Finaref Nordic with headquarter in Borås, where you will have your base office, and with subsidiaries in Norway and Finland. The companies belong to Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, one of the European leaders in consumer finance.
