In our Group Finance unit Finance Process & Risk Control, we manage the process for the Group-wide period end closing. We provide reliability and stability to the process by ensuring and facilitating the sharing of real time information between all stakeholders. As part of a strategic initiative, we are now establishing a team that will lead and drive the closing process and the transition into future ways of working, supported by an integrated and automated tool. This requires a wide range of skills in Finance, data management, leadership and communication.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Lead the operational work stream for period end closing through preparation, monitoring and follow up in close collaboration with other key functions
• Report on process KPIs to senior management
• Drive continuous process improvement
• Take active part as subject matter expert in the design and configuration of the data source integration and visualisation tool
• Collect and apply requirements from key stakeholders
• Provide training and guidance on the process and the tools
What is needed in this role:
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or another relevant field
• Experience from data integration, data visualisation and/or data process management
• Experience from process management in general and the financial closing process in particular
• Experience from project management
• Excellent stakeholder management through strong communication skills in English (speaking, writing)
• Result oriented team player who can see the bigger picture
• Meriting: experience from SAFE way of working, leadership skills, data quality management
