The Engineering department builds Klarna's systems and designs the products used by tens of thousands of e-stores and millions of customers every day. We are over 180 engineers devoted to developing the best products possible, from concept to execution. We are currently building a top-notch Testing & QA-organisation that will take our system and products to the next level. This is where you come in.

As a Performance Tester you will create test cases, automate tests and make sure our system performs in accordance to our high demands. Since we are forming our future test organisation your role is to set up and develop our ways of testing the performance throughout the different levels of the system. You have knowledge of distributed systems in UNIX environments and you will mainly be using Smartbear LoadUI and SoapUI but you will also investigate new tools.

Success in this role means understanding the long term benefits of testing and how you can do this in the best possible way. You will grow together with the things you create and develop your skills as a tester in many different areas.

You have a degree in computer science and at least two years of experience within hands-on testing, preferably in a TDD / Scrum / Kanban environment. To succeed in this role you are a passionate tester with in-depth knowledge and experience in performance testing methodologies and best practices. If you have good knowledge in Unix, network, distributed systems and an ISTQB-certificate, we like you even more. The most important thing though is that you have a proven ability to find efficient ways to break things.
