Portfolio Management Team - let's introduce ourselves
You will be part the Portfolio Management team with Mobility and Financial Services, where our vision is to drive customer retention, increases margins and enable growth through managing our fleet operations, financial products and partnerships. We work together with our business partners and stakeholders to deepen our understanding of our customer behavior, create transparency of our financial performance and influence and drive decisions through the organization. Here you will be part of shaping the future of the company through insightful analysis of one of our most prioritized areas. Of course, we have fun whilst doing it!
Performance Steering Manager - this is what you'll do
As our online business grows, we are looking for a passionate Sr Financial Analyst that can bring value to our finance teams and ultimately to our customers. You will work with all active online business markets and will be responsible for, providing holistic financial views to facilitate decision making on a wide range of topics, including churn and profitability per segment. You will work with an extensive cross-functional team that forms our modus operandi. You will be building financial models with limited information at hand. As the business model and product are evolving, an innovative yet structured approach is key. Your further responsibilities will be developing dashboards providing transparency on key business metrics to measure and steer.
You will also
• Have a hands-on approach solving problems and creating trust in the business through providing accurate data that we collect about our business.
• Help drive and influence developments of a new offer and products through comprehensive financial analysis and steering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement process improvements to create efficiency and scalability.

You are curious by nature and passionate about improving a business that is new and evolving. You are results-driven and enjoy analyzing large amounts of data to prove success rates. Some of your core skills are being digital savvy, prioritizing what is most important for the business combined with a project management skillset.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience from a relevant position (business consulting, financial analyst, data analyst, business control)
• 5+ years advanced and interest in building complex financial models in excel, Alteryx, Power BI or other tools, database experience is a plus
• 3+ years of experience with direct-to-consumer business, asset or risk management
• Demonstrated experience and ability to present and persuade complicated findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
• Demonstrated experienced and interest in building something new, not just maintaining existing processes
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, other relevant area
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a bonus
