Performance Specialist at a media agency in central Stockholm
In the role of Performance Specialist, you are confidence-inspiring and convincing in your contacts with our clients. You have an inspiring and businesslike persona and easily build good relations and meting your deadlines with high quality deliveries.
You are curious of the latest technologies, platforms and techniques, and want to be among the first to learn. A thought leader with a commercial mindset, in short.
You must have a genuine interest in understanding our clients' business and what role marketing plays in driving their growth. As you have a curious and enthusiastic approach, you will contribute to developing effective and innovative solutions. You are quick-thinking and swiftly capture changes in the market that can benefit our clients, the team or our work processes.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Client
Own and drive the performance and results for our clients' digital investments in the relevant channels.
Outline and implement marketing strategies that will guide the operations across platforms and consumer journey stages.
Help connect the different affected departments at our client's, both in terms of KPI's and on a human level in order to drive growth and accelerate transformation.
Team
You will work closely and sometimes directly with the customer. You will also part time work in virtual teams.
Marketing & Sales
Be an ambassador for insight driven strategy, and systematic activation through test and learn schemes, both at our clients and within the agency.

Role requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in paid media management.
Deep knowledge within Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Reasonable knowledge of Facebook Business Manager on an operational level.
Reasonable knowledge of DV360 and/or Xandr DSP on an operational level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and/or English.
Experienced presenter with an ability to explain strategic thinking and complex executions to clients and internal teams in a way that people understand.
Experience in managing and leading complex, performance-oriented marketing strategies across the funnel.
Analytically minded with Excel fluency.
Consultative and proactive approach to client management.
Previous experience of on-site consultancy is rewarded.
