Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns in all Paid Media channels (Social, Search, Programmatic etc) to increase growth and profitability for Weekday, Monki and eventually also Cheap Monday. You will lead the campaign process together with our media agency but also collaborate closely with our two Strategic Leads to ensure we're moving in the right direction, building the brands and reaching set goals throughout the communication funnel.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Setting media plans, budgets and goals for campaigns in all paid channels, deciding on ad structure together with the agency and Strategic Leads in the team.
Executing campaigns in all Paid Media channels and driving performance optimization.
Constantly analyzing business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, continuously overseeing KPI's, setting up dashboards and following up on results on a weekly and campaign basis.
Ensuring proper tracking and analysis as well as contributing to automation of campaign management.
Close collaboration with Creative Studio team to ensure the delivery of best performing assets and visual consistency throughout the funnel.
Participating in campaign planning with all channel owners (Organic Social, Affiliate, Newsletter, etc) to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Researching and being up to date with what is happening in the media landscape.
Constant communication with media platforms partners to ensure to always be aware of new tools.
Educating teams on Paid Media to contribute to generation of campaigns tailored for specific channels and target audiences.
Qualifications
We are seeking an analytical and data-driven person for our team who is both self-driven and a strong collaborator. You embrace change and fast-paced environments with an open mind. We also see that you have:
Deep knowledge of all Paid Media tools and hands-on experience in Social & SEM channels.
Desire to always innovate and experiment to elevate performance.
Knowledge of PowerBI, GA4, Smartly & Google Data Studio
Product feed management skills. Experience working in Channable and/or Channel Advisor.
Experience in managing media budgets.
Past experience working at a media agency is a huge plus.
Passion for fashion, creativity and interest in Gen Z and Gen A audiences.
Strong communication skills in English - verbal & written.
