Role Description
In the capacity of Performance Marketing Specialist at Miss Mary of Sweden, you will be entrusted with developing and refining our digital marketing paradigm. You will be responsible for campaigns of significant magnitude, demanding innovation, rigorous adaptability, and a comprehensive mastery of the digital marketing ecosystem. The decisions you make will, in a very tangible way, impact our brand's trajectory.
Primary Responsibilities
Directly oversee performance marketing endeavors, ensuring that each project aligns with our brand's standards and delivers measurable results.
Remain vigilantly abreast of digital marketing trends, ensuring Miss Mary of Sweden remains ahead in industry innovations.
Collaborate rigorously with content and brand managers to streamline content for performance across all platforms.
Implement and supervise A/B testing strategies. Delve into data analysis, extracting key insights to refine our campaigns and enhance ROI.

Essential Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years in practical performance marketing.

Exceptional analytical capabilities and familiarity with pertinent analysis and reporting tools.
