We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Online team. You will be responsible for the management of digital activities across our social media platforms, primary Meta, and report to Head of Online Sales.
Key responsibilities
• Create and implement campaigns on Meta and other social media platforms
• Manage campaign budgets & adjust bids to optimize campaign ROI
• Track daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage copy writing and coordinate asset production with the content team
• Find new ways/ideas to improve advertising
• Segmentation, A/B testing and target group analysis
• Paid Social (Focus; Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads)
Your past and your skills
• 1-3 years of experience within Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Experience from Performance
• Result driven and solution-oriented mindset
• Passion for Brand and Sales activities
• Have an eye of good content
• Data driven with analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
