We are looking for a Digital Superhero with broad expertise in Performance Marketing. You will be responsible for managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns mainly in SEM, Criteo and Affiliates along with SEO. Setting up strategies for performance marketing ensuring continued growth and return on investment. This role is hands-on but will also manage the strategy and best-practices in this area. You will be a part of a fast growing and energetic organisation with supportive colleagues. This is a new position and you will have the possibility to impact the role and the work tasks. This position is part of the Matsmart/Motatos Performance Marketing team within the Global Commercial Organisation. This position reports to the Head of Digital Marketing.

What you'll do

• Plan, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (SEM, display, affiliates etc.) to ensure ROAS

• Analyze and follow-up on results and develop short and long term strategies

• Manage our SEO strategy and support country teams with best-practice

• Reporting and keeping track of budgets and KPI's

• Work closely with analytics team to leverage acquisition and retention based on insights from data

• Work closely with our Design team and order creative assets

• Be the point of contact for agencies and partners

• Stay up to date on the latest trends in performance marketing to develop the channel mix

• Support local country teams

Our humble expectations - we see that you have experience in the following areas

• 2+ years of experience of day-to-day management of performance marketing channels either from an agency or inhouse; preferably covering more than one country

• You are a digital native with broad expertise in performance marketing

• Hands-on experience from working with Google Ads and similar buying platforms

• Demonstrated knowledge of maximising ROAS of performance campaigns

• Experience from working with SEO is a big plus

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work towards goals and sales targets

• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics

• Interest/experience in automation and new technologies within MarTech

• Experience from working with E-commerce inhouse or with E-commerce clients

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, other European languages is a plus

• Outgoing, with experience of building great relationships.

• Able to execute and work independently but still being a team player.
