KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We're on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.

We are now looking for an outstanding Performance Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team during a fixed period of time to cover a parental leave.

As a person, you are prestigeless, driven, relationship-oriented and of course, you love it when things move quickly. Furthermore, you have a strong creative side, loads of enthusiasm, you are structured and value driven.

What you'll do

• Own our performance marketing budget and ambitious growth targets.
• Set the strategy for our performance channels also including evaluating tracking and benchmarking of competitors.
• Be hands on and perform data analysis, research and optimization.
• Manage agency relations - plan and brief internal and external agencies, translating our strategy into clear actions.
• Support planning and execution of new product releases expanding digital healthcare offering
• Identify and anticipate market opportunities and threats
• Lead, influence, communicate and work across organizational boundaries

What you'll bring:

• BS/MSc degree in BA, marketing, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• A few years ofrelevant marketing experience
• Proven track record of delivering revenue and growth using digital marketing channels
• High creativity and a lot of experience working with segmentation
• Strong on testing methodology data analysis
• Knows the ins and outs of different attribution models
• and audiences
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Experience from, but not limited to:- Google Ads
• Facebook and Instagram Ads
• Snapchat Ads
• Display & Video 360
• Google Tagmanager
• Google Analytics, Mode Analytics or similar
• Google optimize or Visual website optimizer or similar
• Other DSP or SSP platforms
