Together with Oddwork, we are now looking for a strategic and tech-savvy person who's ready to improve our performance online - an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who's up for a new and exciting challenge! As Performance Marketing Manager
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will step into a new and leading role with the overall responsibility for our digital marketing. Here, you'll be in charge of improving our performance online and driving profitable growth on the German market. With your previous experience in e-commerce, you know that planning is the key to success. And that is something you always have in mind when developing online marketing strategies or analyzing and measuring data to meet revenue and growth targets. Furthermore, you will implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for digital marketing initiatives - always with the goal to make us visible on more online market platforms. In a brighter future with no signs of a pandemic, you can also look forward to visiting your colleagues in Germany!
We are looking for...
a technical and analytical online expert who always keep track of the KPI:s! Platform eco-systems, e-commerce and online sales - it all sounds like music to your ears. With your strategic focus, you know how to develop online marketing strategies and drive marketing business successfully. Your entrepreneurial drive makes you eager to take on the next challenge and you always take care of the things that need to get done - right away. Moreover, we believe that you have a strong international approach and previously worked with performance marketing on Amazon or eBay. Last but not least, you look forward to being a part of our Scale-up company with fast decision making, where you get the opportunity to take our online marketing to the next level with your ideas and experiences.
Our wishes:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent field experience
• A couple of years' experiences working with performance marketing (SEA) and SEO on Amazon
• Background within the online sphere and primarily within E-commerce sales and marketing
• Comfortable to work and adapt in fast-growing and changing environments across different cultures
• Fluent in English. Meritorious if you also speak German
