We have over 14 million users all over the world who have logged over 10 million catches in our app. We're growing fast, both in our social network and in the company, which is why we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to execute on performance campaigns through paid media channels focusing on increasing awareness, user growth, revenue and driving a positive CAC & ROAS.
As a Performance Marketing Manager at Fishbrain, you will be responsible for management of Performance & Awareness advertising campaigns and budgets for our app and eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for all aspects of paid user acquisition for this goal, which will require analysis, reporting and forecasting as needed. You will report findings and optimizations to the performance marketing team and wider marketing/product teams as necessary as well.
You will report directly to the Performance Director.

Your daily work will involve:
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing campaigns on multiple digital platforms that app installs and web traffic.
Optimize towards low customer acquisition cost (CAC) and high return on ad spend (ROAS).
Managing prospecting and remarketing Campaigns on Social, Native, Influencers, Affiliates and Display channels
Scaling awareness marketing through offline channels like Radio, OOH, Advertorials and partnerships
Coordinate with internal functions (Commerce, growth, finance, creative) to ensure continued performance and growth.
Creative and data-driven, adept at delivering ideas, content, and metrics.
A self-starter that is able to take projects from strategy through execution with a high attention for detail.
Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to garner insights and optimize campaigns.
You are interested in the latest web trends and technologies.
What we are fishing for:
2-3 years working experience within Display & Social performance marketing
Expert knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google App Campaigns, and MMPs
Good with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and wider reporting tools
Previous experience with B2C app first business.
Experience of Business Manager and good understanding of handling advertising on Facebook, Instagram and other social networks.
Has good knowledge of driving traffic, ad optimization and customer acquisition
Fluent in English. Preferably American English
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge or experience with magento or similar eCommerce CMS'
Knowledge and experience of marketing in the US
Knowledge of handling large eCommerce assortments & brands
