Vantage PS are looking for a Performance Manager Consultant SAP.
Are you a self-motivated, business oriented person with experience from the financial area combined with a great IT interest? If so - you are the one we want!
The Vantage head office is in the UK but they are now expanding their team in the Nordics and are looking for a new colleague in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area.
By combining finance, data management and business skills with many years of experience implementing leading Business Intelligence (BI) software products, Vantage provides its clients with the visibility and insight to better understand how their business is performing; we also advise on initiatives to improve business performance.
Vantage was founded by former SAP Business Objects Consulting Services team members in order to provide software users with access to the very best consulting services and more of an independent perspective.
Publiceringsdatum2011-09-15Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will play a key role in the full life cycle of a Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) project from requirements definition and solution design, through user acceptance testing, to re-establishing business as usual. Over time you should expect to run PCM workstreams, and how long it takes for you to develop this level of skill will depend on you. Specifically you will analyse client requirements, then design and deliver costing, planning, and forecasting solutions. You are responsible for establishing credibility with and influence clients on business and technical issues. You will become an expert in the PCM application.
In this role you will get the chance to work with the most experienced SAP PCM team in the world, as well as Blue-chip companies in all business sectors, i.e banking, manufacturing and logistics. Since the projects are on a Nordic base travelling is a big part of the position. You may also be required to travel to the UK from time to time.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge in the performance management area which combines both finance and IT, preferably someone who have worked in a similar role, although not necessarily as a consultant, and have an analytical mind. We think you have a degree in finance in combination with IT. Also, we would like you to have experience working with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) application from SAP Business Objects EPM, SAS Institute, Oracle Hyperion or equivalent. Through experience from similar roles you also have good knowledge of the costing methodologies such as Activity Based Costing (ABC).
As a person you are self-going, self-motivated and goal oriented. Whilst Vantage has an office in Stockholm you will be expected to work from home when you are not on a client site, so self-discipline is a must. You are comfortable in the consultant role, are flexible and have a business mindset. You are fluent in both English and Swedish, oral and written, meaning you have good communicative and presentation skills.
