We are now looking for a Performance and Transformation resource to strategy execution within Solution Area Packet Core. This role will support with strategy execution for SA PC, including the metric creation and business intelligence, in addition this role will touch on portfolio and strategy for SA PC.
What you will do
Design and follow-up processes for strategy execution, including metric creation and reporting
In addition, you may be involved in the following:
Drive transformation throughout the Solution Area and collaborate with other Solution Areas on ongoing initiatives
Support with transformation communications and internal messaging
Perform strategic analysis
Support with Portfolio management within SA Packet Core
Support with strategy development
Design and drive projects necessary for strategy execution and transformation
Understanding of compliance and process alignment within Ericsson
You will bring
Education: Masters preferred, with strong analytical skills
3 - 5 years of experience, experience in running complex transformation, complex project management. Business intelligence is also considered an asset
Domain experience: Packet Core, EGMS, Ericsson knowledge essential.
Relevant industry and products knowledge
Relevant organizational understanding and network
