We are recruiting a Performance Analyst hat will be based in Lund and work closely with the Alliance Director and support team to ensure the best possible delivery to our client.
This is an exciting opportunity and a unique possibility for the right candidate to be involved from start and develop our services for a multinational client. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that performance management is delivered and reported consistently across the portfolio. The Performance Analyst performs analysis, identifies trends, opportunities and looks at the big data picture as well as introduces forward-looking and predictive techniques.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the operation of the agreed performance management system(s) which, in summary, will involve implementing agreed processes for the capture of information from all supply partners, inputting the information, interpreting the results and providing reports.
• Develop a strategy for performance management across the account, including standards compliance.
• Develop and sustain effective relationships with all supply partners' contributors of information to the performance management system, adopting a consistent approach to service delivery and performance.
• Analyse complex data, draw conclusions, produce reports and make recommendations to senior management and the client.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of resources and systems to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance to service delivery and management team on performance related issues.
• Providing summary management information reports on performance and operations.
• Prepare, maintain, monitor and report on corrective action plans for performance failures-
• Assist with the development of strategic initiatives to improve profitability and margin on the account.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills:
• Experience in performance management and its application to the Facilities Management or related industries.
• Previous experience in a corporate building services operational position.
• An able negotiator with an ability to deal equally with junior and senior staff alike, to be firm in ensuring protocols are adhered to.
• Good understanding of contracts and negotiations and demonstrable experience in driving quality and standards.
• Demonstrable experience in dealing with and influencing clients and customers as well as experience in dealing with suppliers/contractors.
• Intermediate to advanced IT skills are essential.
• Service oriented attitude combined with innovative thinking.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, able to work as part of a team.
• Business minded, change orientated and pro-active.
• Able to react quickly with fast decision making and good judgment.
• Project management experience.
