The opportunity
Within Worldline's Merchant Services Business Line, the Regional Businesses (RB) Division targets Mass and Mid market merchants across key European markets. Representing over 750 m EUR in annual revenue in 2021, the Regional Businesses Division aims to exceed 1bn EUR of revenue within 4 years.

The Growth Performance team is a central RB team overseeing the production and monitoring of key growth metrics for the division. The team ensures the regular production of performance data, supports the deployment of the relevant analytical tools and engages with the RB regions to design and monitor action plans to boost growth. Within the Growth Performance team the Performance Analyst will be responsible of defining, collecting and processing relevant KPI in order to support decision making within RB management. You'll also be solicited for more ad hoc analyses or local deep dives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
To support implementing and monitoring relevant KPIs across the full sales cycle for each and in the full RB scope
Sponsor and support the deployment within RB of a proper performance monitoring framework
Plan, drive and implement initiatives related to improving sales efficiency across the RB scope
Deliver ad hoc analysis to better understand our business and support decision making.

Skills we can't do without:
University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
1-3 years working experience in finance or consulting
Fluency in English language
Experience of international organisations is preferred


Location: Stockholm or Brussels is preferred
