Vestas North and Central Europe is a sales business unit responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work. We are now looking to employ a Performance analyst to cover an ongoing, temporary project that will have great influence on the organisation's process improvement initiative. This is a true change initiative for a candidate willing to dig into project performance analytics and make a mark in an international organisation.
Responsibilities
Located in Malmö, you will be part of a team responsible for documentation and contractual controlling, master data, and performance related to customer service management.
As our Performance analyst your main responsibilities will be:
Evaluating TPRC (Turbine Performance reporting center) reports on downtime allocation
Present findings to the organisation, and own the validation process
Solve the issues through the organisation
Presenting lessons learned and improvement ideas to the management team
Taking on potential, additional projects identified over the following year
Qualifications
On the professional level you have:
Experience from working with data analysis and reporting
Financial understanding
Experience with SAP and Power BI
Experience with Project Management
Experience in working with multi-cultural and diverse stakeholder management/engagement and business partnering
High-level skills in MS Office package, specifically Excel
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English is required, good understanding of Nordic language is a merit
Competencies
