We are looking for a Performance Analyst to our Swedish logistics team based in Stockholm. Our ideal candidate has a strong passion for getting things done, you question everything and you like to play in a team.
Your mission
You support management with analysing, improving and optimizing the logistics operations performance
You will continuously monitor and analyse the main logistics KPIs for the local market
You will create and execute improvement projects on the areas with highest impact potential
You collaborate and support the different teams within the company (Sales, Marketing, Account Management etc.) with insights and improvement projects with logistical impact
You execute projects with the local and the global team to their maximum potential
You have a hands-on approach and love going into details to better understand and shape solutions to our daily operational issues
Your Heroic Skills
You graduated from a leading university in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Science, or Business)
You possess a hands-on mentality, drive, an analytical and structured way of working and logical thinking skills
You have an organized and structured approach to complex problems
You have a deep interest for technology, automation and process optimisation
You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and independent in handling challenges
You have experience in using Excel the Google Suite
Preferably an understanding for how to perform data extraction and manipulation, as well as programming languages is a plus (SQL, R, Python, MatLab, Java, C# etc...)
You have excellent English language skills, Swedish skills would be a plus
