We are looking for a People Support Specialist who will help us with the Office Manager and HR demands.
• This is an inhouse position, as such candidates must be able to work in Stockholm, Sweden.
QUALIFICATIONS
Recent bachelor's degree specializing in HR or related working experience
Experience with Swedish labor laws
Good people and communication skills
Great organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the relocation program, including documentations and contact with Alfa & employees
Manage the wellness allowance program, including documentations, approvals, keeping track of balances
Create and maintain salary calculation and payout routines
Update our HR System
Keep track of all employee personal info
Manage vacation and out of office policies
Work Contract management
Take feedback from studio members and execute action points
Employee Survey setup, send-out, analysis, action points
Offboarding survey setup, send-out, analysis, actions points
Manage all deliveries in and out of the office. E.g. gifts to employees
Make sure all office supplies are in stock all times
Communicate with the office building's management
Plan and arrange studio activities. E,g, team events, dinners, travels
Be our receptionist whenever there are deliveries/visitors

Experience in working in the entertainment field.
