About the role
In the role as People Partner you will work to ensure the best employee life cycle experience possible, implementing and carrying out wide-range HR incentives. You will work in close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Partner and together the two of you will develop strategies and set priorities for the People & Culture team.
What you'll do:

Build qualitative HR processes that supports the sustainable growth of Once Upon

Be an ambassador of our organizational culture as well as plan and implement activities to continue driving outstanding employee engagement

Manage HR activities such as pre-, on- and off-boarding

Communicate with Försäkringskassan, payroll agency, occupational healthcare company etc.

Support recruitment processes

Provide expertise in compensation and benefits matters as well as practical handling of salary reviews

Support the organization in matters regarding working environment, labor law and collective agreement

Manage our learning and development by identifying development needs and providing relevant initiatives

Identify needs and drive initiatives regarding health, safety, and wellness
Your background
-
You probably have a university degree within HR or similar
-
At least a couple of years experience from a similar role, handling all aspects of the employee/People lifecycle
-
Solid knowledge about labor law
-
Excellent English and Swedish, spoken and written
-
Background and experience from the service sector, experience from IT/tech is an advantage
-
Experience from a rapidly growing organization/startup is an advantage

Our headquarters are located in Skellefteå, in the North of Sweden. If you don't already live here, we are always happy to help and welcome new people relocating to our city. So don't let anything silly like not living in Skellefteå at the moment stop you!
