Are you excited about helping managers and employees on a broad scope of people topics, including employment relations matters? Are you motivated by developing a newly established HR function and take responsibility for developing services in your region? Are you motivated by creating sustainable change that benefits society and nature?
If this sounds like you, or you're curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our HR department as our new People Partner and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.
Your new role
As our People Partner, you will join our newly established, global People Advisory organisation, being part of the Nordics team. Together with your colleagues in Sweden and the Nordic team, you work in close collaboration with the HRBP team in Sweden and the Nordic region, with your global colleagues as well as colleagues from the global HR Operations team in India.
You will primarily support employees and first line managers in Sweden, but also across the Nordic region, on a broad scope of people processes. As a senior member of the team, you will participate actively in developing and implementing global people initiatives and processes. You will take independent responsibility for tasks within your own scope of responsibility.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Advising managers on employment policies and guidance, based on your broad knowledge of labour law and HR processes
Providing and seeking labour law advice on both collective and individual cases and topics

Developing HR policies and procedures in close collaboration with the HR Director and HR Business Partners
Acting as HR representative in local negotiations where needed
Providing process support and advice on global HR processes. This can include responsibility as "champion" or process expert for one or several global people processes (e.g. salary review, engagement surveys, performance & development, talent review, succession planning) and providing training and support in implementing them regionally or within specified market .
Training and mentoring colleagues to grow within your field of expertise
About you
As a member of a global team, you are expected to take active part in developing our processes and ways of working, and ensuring we provide our services to the employees and managers with a "One HR" mindset. You will actively guide and mentor other members of the People Advisory team.
We are looking for the following capabilities and competencies in our new colleague:
An experienced HR generalist with knowledge of Nordic regulatory variations, with focus on employment law in Sweden, including Working Environment and collaboration with unions
Knowledge of employee relations processes and case management
Proficient in using HR technology, preferably with Workday and ServiceNow experience
Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives and processes
You have a pragmatic approach to solving problems and help where needed
You have an improvement mindset and can combine this with your understanding of customer needs to create a great service to our employees and managers
Ability to work across cultures and in virtual teams and create a collaborative environment
Extensive experience from working in a people function, and preferable experience as project manager or process expert
Fluent in Swedish, as well as having strong English language skills (spoken and written)
Relevant educational background (university degree in a relevant field)
What we can offer you
Commitment to your development
Leaders guided by our Leadership Principles
A culture that welcomes you as the unique person you are
