The Team Netlight's global HR organization includes 25+ colleagues across HR, Payroll, and Learning & Development. The HR Operations team in Stockholm consists of seven professionals, located atop Gallerian. As a key member of the team, the People Partner helps shape the future of HR, driving HR core deliveries, growth and success in an environment built on collaboration, trust, and development. Collaboration across the Global HR Team is central to ensure alignment and advance key initiatives.
The Role - People Partner Working in HR at Netlight requires strong business sense and exceptional relationship-building skills, as this is a fast-paced, ever-evolving, and people-focused organization. As a People Partner, the responsibilities include:
Managing employee relations and enhancing the employee experience throughout their journey.
Coaching, advising, and training leaders on key personnel topics-such as work environment, performance, well-being, and labor law-to empower them in their roles.
Supporting talent management initiatives to help our people reach their full potential.
Driving and leading projects with people and business impact
Ensuring HR policies and procedures align with our overall people strategy.
Driving efficient global HR practices while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Managing and developing partnerships related to employee well-being and benefits.
Leading employee engagement efforts, including surveys and initiatives to assess and improve organizational well-being.
Handling people data across the employee lifecycle within our HRIS.
Utilizing People Analytics to analyze and share key insights that support informed decision-making and business strategy.
Profile
Netlight is looking for an HR professional with an open and creative mindset, eager to learn and apply their experience. The role suits someone who enjoys collaboration, takes initiative, and is committed to growth.

Qualifications
University degree with focus on Human Resources or similar education
3+ years of full-time work experience within the field of HR; Employee life cycle, advising leaders, developing processes and guidelines etc.
You communicate fluently verbally and in written form in Swedish and have a professional level of English (as English is our organizational language).
