Are you eager to work in a fast-paced ecommerce organization with the goal of making Pierce a top place to work? Do you like the challenge of building an HR function from the ground up? Then this could be the role for you!
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to build out the HR function in a young, dynamic and international company with about 250 employees. As People Operations & Culture Manager you will set the HR vision and goals for the company and you will drive implementation of the vision across our 6 offices in Sweden, Poland and Spain.
The role reports into the COO and you will have a lot of interaction with the functional heads of marketing, purchasing, logistics, finance, purchasing, IT, and customer service.
Key roles and responsibilities

Develop a high-performance culture that brings together the passion for our sport, the dedication to our customers and the drive for business results
Define and implement HR processes and tools, from recruitment and staffing, performance management, training & education, compliance, compensation and benefits to organizational planning
Define and implement initiatives to build a 'one Pierce' company with shared values and a shared culture across different offices
Manage the process for leadership development, staff coaching, training and education
Manage the annual employee satisfaction survey and ensure improvement initiatives are defined and implemented across the teams
Lead and guide our GPTW-team (Great Place To Work), coordinate inittiatives across our offices
Own the process for managing payroll and manage the outsourced payroll partner



Bachelor level education with a strong interest in people and organization
Understanding of a broad range of HR topics, including employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, employee development, health & safety, and driving employee engagement
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
General knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs
Solid organizational management skills
It is an advantage if you have operated in a fast paced, fast growing international and multi-cultural organization

It is a clear advantage if you have experience in building up the HR function from another dynamic company. Experience in retail, e-commerce or affinity with motorcycles would obviously be a plus!
