Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our policies and procedures.
Primary Job Duties:
• Assisting our Global Head of People Operations with various tasks
• Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms and employee meta data
• Screening resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Applicants Should Be/Have:
• University student or newly graduatedin a field related to HR
• Passion for our culture and what we do.
• Commitment, proactivity & creativity - new ideas are always welcome!
