The role
Are you a result oriented HR professional? MAJORITY is now looking for our Head of People Operations, who will be part of a dynamic, multicultural and fast paced environment. You will work closely with the COO and General Manager of the Stockholm office.
You will be responsible for:
Being a point of reference to the organization. As the General Manager will work 50% remotely you will be his right hand on the daily operations of the organisation.
Running the full recruitment lifecycle from drafting the job specifications to interviewing and assessing the candidates. You will be in charge of optimizing processes and deal with internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Managing internal HR processes to ensure high engagement and performance culture.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
Leadership experience, preferably international
Relevant experience, preferably in the tech industry.
Experience in assessment and talent management.
High level communication skills

Hardworking, ambitious individual, who thrives in fast paced, rapidly changing environments with tight deadlines.
