As a People Operation Partner at Tacton you will provide operations and program support for employees, people leaders and the People Experience Team. You will develop, adapt, and implement HR operational programs, processes, and systems that are streamlined and efficient for business development.
In this role, you will support team effectiveness and engagement as well as advancing workplace diversity, inclusion and belonging. A big part of your responsibility together with the team is cultivating the positive aspects of Tacton company culture and helping the culture to be a competitive advantage. As a member of the People experience team you will actively contribute to developing and maintaining a thriving working environment at Tacton.
You will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer, Jeanette Hermansson, and will be based in the Stockholm HQ. We live our "hybrid way of working", from home and from the office, we expect you to work from the office with the rest of the team a couple of days per week.
What you'll do
•
Provide People Operation support & conduct support and training to the business across the globe.
• Delivery of annual HR operational plan - Merit, Performance Development, Engagement, EHS (Environment, Health and Safety).
• Be the super user of Workday- manage Workday global HR data and transactions in cooperation with Finance.
• Identifying and improving HR Operation procedures and processes.
• Develop, streamline and implement HR procedures, policies and standards with the PE team.
Requirements
• 3-8 years' experience in broad HR Operation competence area.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken in English and Swedish.
• Demonstrated knowledge of local employment law, legislation, policies and practices relevant to HR operations.
• Working knowledge in investigations, compensation, and employee relations practices.
• Previous experience leading processes or projects with demonstrated success in managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Solid systems experience in MS office 365 skills. Workday, &frankly and DocuSign experience is a plus.
