As a DareTrainee you'll work in a company that will connect and integrate everything, from living rooms to board rooms, from tablets to Tesla cars and from home products to business processes. And you'll get to shape the New Generation Telco.
We're looking for A People & Engagement DareTrainee who'll be part of our ongoing change journey to build the new generation HR.
If you want to be part of shaping the HR function of the future there is no better place to be than with us. We started our journey a little more than a year ago, by pointing out a new direction in our People Strategy, where strong commitment engagement drives performance and new generation HR is an enabler as a business function, rather than a support function. Great things are happening and we recently changed our name from Human Resources to People & Engagement, because that's what we believe in.
As our People & Engagement Trainee you'll be engaged in the transformation project You@Work. This Group project will improve core people processes, ways of working and implement a new system. The tasks assigned to you will be dependent on the project agenda and priorities during the coming year. You'll learn operational as well as strategic HR, change, project and stakeholder management, and a lot more. We're a strong team with a clear mandate, determined on building the HR of the future.
Your manager Helena Eliasson, Head of People Solutions, is stubborn, result driven and forward looking. She's development focused, kind and has a strong inner compass. With long experience in the company she's equipped to guide and support you during the trainee year.

Qualifications
Your skills and experience:
A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering and/or Organizational Development or equivalent
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Result driven and a good listener
Team player and challenger
Digital native mindset.
