As a People & Culture Specialist, you are expected to provide HR expertise and be a strategic business partner, culture carrier, and trusted advisor for leaders and managers within the company.
You will play a critical role in ensuring coverage across the employee lifecycle, employee relations, and critical HR functions needed as we continue to scale.
This position requires a driven, curious, collaborative, and agile HR professional who can work in a very passion-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is excited to both learn from and advise experienced managers. As our first full-time dedicated person to work with People and Culture in the company, having a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset to solving problems is a must.
In this role, you will
Work with the executive team on long-term strategies for finding and keeping talents.
Improve and maintain policies and HR processes.
Handle recruitments, onboarding, and exit talks.
Own the strategy and plan for employee/studio branding.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Support managers in HR-related matters.
Be a Company culture carrier.
Run employee surveys and take action on the result.
Requirements
Relevant experience or education in the Human Resource field.
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
A "getting-things-done" mindset.
Avid gamer.

The position is full-time and permanent (after six months of probation employment). The role is on-site in Umeå; relocation would potentially be needed.
