We are looking for a People and Culture Manager who will be based in Stockholm and be responsible for driving the deployment of People & Culture strategy and tools in the assigned business units and functions in collaboration with the Head of P&C Nordics, respective Heads of Functions and employees.
Your main Responsibilities:
• Support the definition, development and implementation of P&C strategy, develop and deploy key P&C products and services, provide consulting and advisory support to build value through people to ensure that business objectives are exceeded.
• Support people managers and organization development on the cultural transformation, change of behaviors, mindset and new capability building, be an active change agent driving and supporting organizational and cultural change.
• Drive deployment of key P&C products and services in areas of Talent and Performance Management, Learning and Development, Organizational design, Compensation & Benefits, Employee & Labor Relationship, Inclusion & Diversity etc. Adapt and align available service portfolio to meet local/functional requirements and business needs and execute solution delivery.
• Ensure full compliance and integration of P&C processes and guidelines in line with local legislation and PMI standards.
• Keep track of functional KPI's, anticipate and highlight any trends that require attention. Identify, propose and implement improvement initiatives aimed at improving service quality, KPIs, level of satisfaction, etc.
• Support people leaders in addressing and managing a broad spectrum of employee relations matters, and work to resolve them through a systematic approach, adhering to company policies, local employment laws and best practices.

Requirements:
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partnering role within multinational organizations and / or large commercial functions.
• Well versed in HR disciplines: talent acquisition, organizational development, change management, performance management, talent management, learning and leadership development, employee engagement, etc.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
• Effective consultation and coaching skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders, and a complex set of stakeholders, in order to drive organizational change.
• Open mindset to new technologies and agile ways of working.
• Good knowledge of labor law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in one of the Nordic languages would be an asset.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications.
