As the People & Culture (P&C) function we want to be relevant and to truly contribute and add value to the business development in a fast changing and challenging world. We work closely with the day to day business within Range & Supply. We are currently looking for 2 People & Culture generalists to join us!
You will work operationally with a wide range of P&C-assignments, supporting and coaching managers and co-workers regarding HR-policies, recruitment, introduction, salary reviews, competence development and other areas within HR. You are part of the co-worker experience team, which consists of Generalists, Specialists and Recruiters and report to the Team Manager for P&C Generalists. You...
work with end-to-end P&C services covering all aspects of the employer life cycle - from recruitment to exit.
secure operational excellence in implementing and maintaining P&C processes, working methods and legal requirements in your defined part of the business
support in attracting, recruiting and maintaining talents based on business needs and facilitating competence flow inside and cross business units
work with the Range & Supply competence agenda and activities connected to it.
lead and coordinate P&C-projects and initiatives where we want you to contribute and deliver within the P&C-field.
act as a cultural role model in ways that demonstrate the IKEA values.
