At Axel Arigato, we have set out to "Create the Present, Shape the future and Inspire generations". We are anticipating a 75% growth each year in the next four years, with new Retail Stores as well as new offices in Europe, China, and the U.S. To secure our Vision and this growth - we need to strengthen our People & Culture Team with a highly structured and hands-on Coordinator.
As a P&C Coordinator, you will work closely with the P&C team taking on a series of challenging tasks. This is a perfect role for an individual wanting to get a better understanding of the different aspects of P&C.
The tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Managing employee data in our different systems such as Pulse Survey System, Workforce Management & ATS. Both registering new employees as well as making sure that everything is up to date at all times.
• Assist in yearly salary reviews.
• Providing administrative support to managers and HR in the recruitment process.
• Managing Hiring Contracts and communication with new employees in France, Sweden, Denmark and the UK.
• Being supportive in the onboarding of new colleagues. This will include facilitating introduction programs, office tours and admin support to hiring managers.
• Compiling and reporting of KPI:s such as absence-tracking, eNPS, Time To Hire.
• Preparing and at times conducting workshops within the field of P&C.
• Keeping notes in meetings and putting the information together and sharing with participants.
• Project assistance of different P&C projects.
• Creating Powerpoint presentations as well as other material.
As you probably figured, this is quite a broad role with great possibilities for learning and developing. However - it will also require a lot from you. Both in terms of skills within administration and structure, but also when it comes to grit and taking initiative.
To be successful in this position you are attracted to the business side of the fashion industry and realize the importance of continuous improvements in both big and small. You have a genuine interest in the P&C field and is looking for a workplace guided by Diversity, Respect, Openness and Passion.
In terms of more formal requirements we expect you to have the following:
• A Bachelors Degree within Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of working experience with administrative tasks in a professional environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel & Powerpoint.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Swedish is a bonus.
• A mindset that is curious, embraces change and want to develop yourself as well as the company.
• Previous experience from working with HR-systems or other "information-heavy" systems.
